At Dezeya, we are happy to accept returns of most brand-new items, unused and in their original packaging, for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). Once we receive and process your return, you can generally expect to receive your refund within four weeks. However, in most cases, this can be less. This includes the time it takes for your return package to reach us from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), for us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). To ensure the longevity of your Dezeya products and their first-day quality, please follow the washing instructions below: General Instructions: Before washing the products, always check the special instructions on the label. Wash with similar colours. Avoid overfilling machines as this can cause products to wear out and not be cleaned adequately. Turning the items inside out when machine washing helps preserve their color and texture. Heat: Wash organic cotton products and baby products usually at 30°C (cold water) on a delicate wash cycle. This preserves the structure and naturalness of the fabric. For silk products, it is recommended to wash only by hand or machine on the silk/delicate programme, at a maximum of 30°C and with a special silk detergent. For pillowcases and sheets, 30-40°C is generally sufficient. Detergent and Bleach: Avoid detergents that contain harsh chemicals. Choose organic or natural detergents that are pH neutral. Never use bleach or bleach. Such substances damage the fibers of the fabric and cause the colors to fade. Drying: Dry your products naturally at low heat or by airing. Avoiding direct sunlight will prevent colors from fading. If you use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting and remove items before they are completely dry; this will help reduce wrinkles. Ironing: Iron silk products on the reverse side and at low temperature. You can iron cotton items at medium temperature while they are slightly damp or using steam.
